Refund Policy

At Jay's Butik our goal is that you love every item in your order, but we understand that returns happen, so we have a simple process in place when things don’t work out.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the date of delivery on regular priced merchandise, for store credit only. We currently do not offer refunds on any items. Exchanges will only be made if the item is available at the time of receiving the return. Once we receive your package then your store credit will be awarded if all conditions are met.

Conditions:

To be eligible for a store credit your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in new condition, unworn or unused, with tags, with no sign of wear and tear and no smells. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

Clearance items/ sale items

  • Beauty Products (i.e., lotions, bath bombs, lip balm, etc.)
  • Promotional Sales/ Giveaways/Freebies
  • Candles
  • Bralettes
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry
  • headbands / hats
  • items that have been worn
